Everyday after school me and my sisters would watch it with my mom (one sister and mom still watch) I seriously grew up with these people. Still when I catch a clip of the show I still know what is going on cause..well the stories lines tend to drag out. I agree these people feel like they are actually part of my family. For instance one of the biggest story lines was about Brenda (and her love triangle with Jax and Sunny) and I totally felt like I knew her. Then she checked into the hotel I worked at in Florida and it was the only time I was truly at a loss for words. I was star struck not because she was so famous..but I totally felt like I knew her and didn't understand why she didn't know me. Well done Sally. interesting views on soaps...and I might have to start watching GH again. I was a major General Hospital watcher growing up.
