I know you're trying to pace yourself but if you're worried about hurting yourself, you need to attend the Mandy school of sausage eating. She starts a month before Wurstfest every year and begins stretching her stomach with bulky, fibrous items. That way by the time your meat gorging comes around, you can handle a full plate at each restaurant. That's how to do it. The tour looked really awesome. I'm excited you guys got to go to all of those places. I've been to the two in Elgin but have wanted to go to Snow's since I read about it in Texas Monthly. One of my favorite parts about the pie-throwing scene is in the commissary when they cut to the wide shot, there is an Adolph Hitler nazi-saluting over and over again in the background as everyone is throwing pies.
