Sorry, I’m just now catching up on my Posh Deluxe since my STUPID INTERNET IS DOWN AT WORK, ANGRRRRY.

Olivia, Donkey Punch, despite its obnoxious title, is beautifully shot and has some seriously creepy moments. It’s the only film that (sadly) actually scared me for the whole fest. Or at least the first half, which is the only part I could attend.

But my favorite favorite favorite movie of the fest, while not scary, is The Good, The Bad, and the Weird, a Korean remake of the Leone film. Matt, Caitlin and I watched it while Sarah and Henri ate at Uchi with Bill Pullman, and I still think I got the better end of the deal!

Don’t wait too long on grabbing those badges, Brian. The VIP ones for next year sold out in two hours on Saturday, and people are snapping up the regulars. We have a *lot* more of those, obviously, but they’ll probably be running low by the end of the year.

And… I Think We’re Alone Now is unfortunately no longer available online. We ran the AMD Fantastic Fest Online for 7 days leading up to and during the festival, then held the awards last night and the movies are, I believe, pulled down. The directors understandably didn’t want their films all streaming for free forever.

But that doc did get a distribution deal in Canada! So just go north this winter, and you’ll be set! I’m sure it’ll get picked up for something in the U.S. soon, though, because… wow.

This is the most officially comment I’ve ever left on this blog. I apologize for being so damned professional.

Fantastic Fest actually has the Tiffany movie online. If you go to the Fantastic Fest website, look for Fantastic Fest Online. There are several shorts and a couple of features. I’ve started to watch the Tiffany doc but haven’t finished yet.

I’m definitely jealous about not being at Fantastic Fest. I vow that next year Ang and I will have our own badges.
