Moody, I was under the impression that the Ramen Museum was developed just after WW2 but, I'm not positive and it doesn't say in my guidebook. The inside is decorated to look like old Japan, which really just means pre-WW2 Japan. Henri, I'm seriously going to have to pay attention to your blog if you put pics of noodles up.
