you know what i’m writing about: i’m def up for remaking amelie. unfortunately i’m kinda trapped up here in the north of england. but if i was in austin or, indeed, paris, i’d totally be up for it.

i was listening to the amelie soundtrack this morning actually, while riding the train through a heavily frosted landscape, thinking of the robert frost poem i learned as a kid, ‘whose woods these are i think i know…’ etc. all of those things are unrelated (it didn’t frost in amelie–which is probably best for the charm of the film)

Holy Crabapple that white people website is awesome. Though after reading it there are a few things that I don’t do that is supposed to be things white people do. I guess I’m not 100% white. Which would explain why I have rhythm.

That reminds me of this article the Travesty printed when I was at UT. Matt liked it so much it was on our fridge for a very long time. It was entitled, “What do White People Do?” and the list included such gems as: whiten their teeth, talk about building decks, become bulimic…man, I wish I could remember some of the other ones.
