i feel like such a xanga delinquent. oh how will i ever catch up?! this feels just like an anth class i took my last semester at rice on blues music in memphis… i never had time to do all of the reading, even though i really WANTED to cos it was so fascinating!
boo.
i’m back from arizona. seth and i had a wonderful drive back, including a rest stop picnic with roadrunners, a huge orange moon and a sign that said “NON STOP BEAUTIFUL LADIES”.
damn i wish i had a polaroid of that one.
i think i might go home tonite (after jazzercult of course) and try to catch up on all of my xanga homework while packing for my next trip to NYC! i can’t wait to go to zabar’s and H&H and the new museum for contemporary art with ryan and his ewan hair. too bad he can’t wear cute sweaters at the moment. and then i’ll be road tripping once again with katjuly from connecticut to austin. glam sunglasses, bags of gas station candy and postcards galore! not to mention a little pilgrimage to graceland…
but for now, i am at work. and that’s ok, cos i’ve only got one more day (for a while). and it’s almost 5.
too bad the hurricane didn’t save me from work altogether. but it did provide some dramatic rain, which is always thought provoking.
